Programme Overview
The Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Operations Management & Analytics by IIM Visakhapatnam is designed to equip professionals with the skills needed to drive efficiency, agility, and innovation in modern operations. This programme bridges that gap by developing core capabilities in supply chain optimisation, process improvement, and predictive analytics.
Delivered in a blended format with live online sessions and a campus immersion at IIM Visakhapatnam, the curriculum balances academic rigour with practical application. Participants engage in case-based learning, hands-on modelling, peer interaction, and sessions led by expert IIMV faculty. The learning experience empowers professionals to streamline operations, harness analytics for business value, and lead initiatives that enhance organisational competitiveness.
Admission Criteria

Eligibility & Selection
- Graduates (10+2+3) from a recognised university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government/recognised international universities) in any discipline, with a minimum of one year of work experience after graduation. Diplomas are not accepted.
- Selections will be based on a detailed candidate profile, including academic record, current designation, salary, roles and responsibilities, and overall job description—presented in the candidate’s own words.
- Applicants must also submit a written statement outlining their “Expectations from the programme.” Applications without this write-up will not be considered.

About IIM Visakhapatnam
The Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (IIMV) is part of the prestigious IIM family of business schools in India. A new-generation IIM, it was established by the Government of India in September 2015. Participants who successfully meet the evaluation criteria and satisfy the requisite attendance criteria will be awarded a ‘Certification of Completion’ – “Post Graduate Certificate in Digital Marketing & Growth”. A certificate of completion will be awarded for 70% attendance and a 50% score on the assessment. Others will receive a certificate of participation.
