Jaro education is committed to develop innovative and better methods of teaching through use of technology that is conducive to learning. Because of constant innovation, Jaro education has won the prestigious e-INDIA ICT 2011 – Champion Innovator's award conducted by India's largest ICT event –eINDIA ICT Awards. This award is dedicated to paying tribute to the landmark endeavours made by public and private entities for using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the fields of governance, health and education.
At the event, distinguished jury panel members included eminent academicians and Indian education experts from across the education, health and ministry who reviewed the nominations on the basis of uniqueness of the product, innovative business model and proposed revenue generating proposition. Hon'ble Chief minister of Gujarat, Narendra Modi, was also expected at the event as the chief guest. On behalf of Jaro Education, Ms. Madhu Sawant, Manager – IT received the eINDIA ICT 2011 – Champion Innovator's Award from Prof Sudhir K Jain – Director –IIT Gandhinagar.
