He has more than 21 years experience working with industry as well as academic area in the field of Human Resources, Organizational Development, Change Management, Coaching and mentoring and Psychometric Analysis. He has worked with well known companies in a senior position like Lupin Ltd, United Phosphorus Ltd., Gufic Biosciences Ltd, Reliance Industries Ltd, JK Tyre & Industries Ltd

Sharad Gangal is in the HR function for the last 24 years and started his career in HR from Bennet Coleman-ie Times of India group of publications and then moved to Asian Paints. At Asian Paints he was involved in in Employee Relations at their factories. After 5 years there he moved to Boehringer Mannheim Ltd. He was responsible for Employee Relations and OD. Thereafter Sharad moved to Cadbury India and was responsible for OD, Compensation Strategy and Recruitment. From 2007 till date he is with HDFC Standard Life Insurance Co. heading HR reporting to the CEO. HDFC Standard Life has almost 17000 employees with 610 offices in India.

Mr. Naresh Mehta has 21 years of experience post MBA. He is currently the Director- Corporate Human Resources with Raymond Ltd. He has also worked with Flamingo Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Blue Star Infotech and Godrej & Boyce Co. Ltd. He has acquired skills in different aspects of the HR function like facilitation, compensation structuring, P – CMM, ISO Certification and regulatory affairs.
