The government also emphasizes standardisation and quality certifications through acts like the Clinical Establishment Act. These initiatives will impact healthcare providers in both sectors. This programme aims to equip healthcare providers and managers in adapting to the changing healthcare landscape and delivering patient-centred care.

- Graduates with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare setup.
- The programme is ideal for medical, non-medical professionals, healthcare service providers, medical superintendents, medical officers, healthcare consultants, hospital administrators and others who are seeking to enter the healthcare industry.

- Selections will be based on a detailed Profile of the Candidate in his own words elaborating his Academic record, Profile, Designation, Salary, Roles, Responsibilities, Job Description along with his Statement of Purpose and Evaluations of the applicants either individually or collectively or both by IIMA.
